Prompt : Redesign a measuring device for an existing brand

This redesign aims to address a common, yet preventable, health issue : skin cancer from UV exposure.
Often people develop skin cancer later in life due to decades of insufficient protection from the sun’s UV rays leading up to the first detection of skin cancer.
Market research showed there were no existing UV meters designed for everyday, on-the-go skin protection purposes.
This market gap inspired me to redesign the current UV meter from a clunky & stationary device into a wearable, portable wristwatch to be taken anywhere.
This wearable UV meter is designed to prevent skin damage by informing users of their exposure to UV rays and regularly remind users to protect their skin using a timer & alarm. With a solar panel screen, this device could be charged anytime it’s being used.
